Welcome to The Bridal Cart. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of thebridalcart.com and your purchase of products from us.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About The Bridal Cart

The Bridal Cart is an online store offering bridal clutches, jewellery, rings and other wedding and fashion accessories.

In these Terms, “The Bridal Cart,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to The Bridal Cart. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to any person who visits the website or places an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete, accurate and current.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, sizes, materials and photographs accurately. However:

  • Product colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen resolution or device settings.

  • Handmade and hand-finished products may have minor variations in colour, stone placement, embroidery, beadwork or finishing.

  • Such minor variations are part of the product’s individual character and are not necessarily considered defects.

  • Product measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.

  • Decorative accessories and props shown in product photographs are not included unless specifically mentioned in the product description.

Unless expressly stated in the product description, our jewellery and accessories should not be assumed to contain genuine gold, silver, diamonds, pearls or precious gemstones.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Product prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of any obvious pricing or technical error.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.

We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email to verify your order. An order is considered confirmed after successful verification or when we send an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock;

  • The price or product information was displayed incorrectly;

  • The delivery address is incomplete or outside our service area;

  • We cannot verify the customer’s information;

  • We suspect fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised activity; or

  • The customer has repeatedly refused confirmed Cash on Delivery orders.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the eligible amount will be refunded using an available and mutually agreed payment method.

6. Payment

The payment methods currently available will be displayed at checkout. Where Cash on Delivery is offered, payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.

Customers must not provide false payment details or use a payment method without the account holder’s permission.

We reserve the right to add, remove or change available payment methods at any time.

7. Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, active telephone number and any necessary delivery instructions.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, security conditions, remote locations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The Bridal Cart is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control. However, we will reasonably assist customers in tracking delayed orders.

If delivery fails because the customer supplied incorrect information, was unavailable, refused the parcel or did not respond to the courier, additional delivery charges may apply to any repeat shipment.

8. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be cancelled. The customer may instead submit a return or exchange request if the product qualifies under our Return and Exchange Policy.

The Bridal Cart may cancel an order before delivery for stock, verification, pricing, security or operational reasons.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Clear photographs or video of the product and packaging; and

  • Any other information reasonably requested by our support team.

Products must remain unused, unworn and in their original condition with all packaging, tags and accessories.

Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, exposure to water, perfume, chemicals or normal wear and tear will not qualify for return or exchange.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items may be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Any approved refund will be processed using an available payment method. Original or return delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return results from an error by The Bridal Cart.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, sales and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, expiry dates and product restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Only one discount may be used per order;

  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • Promotional prices apply only during the advertised period;

  • Promotions may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice; and

  • Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

11. Customer Accounts

You may be able to create an account on our website. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activities performed through your account.

Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.

12. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:

  • The content is based on your genuine experience;

  • You have the right to submit it;

  • It does not violate another person’s rights;

  • It is not false, abusive, defamatory or unlawful; and

  • It does not contain spam or promotional material.

You grant The Bridal Cart permission to display and use submitted content for website, customer-service and marketing purposes. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content—including The Bridal Cart name, logo, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, videos, designs and written material—is owned by or licensed to The Bridal Cart and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

14. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the website for illegal or fraudulent purposes;

  • Submit false customer, delivery or payment information;

  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the website;

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology;

  • Interfere with the website’s security or operation;

  • Scrape or copy website content for commercial use; or

  • Impersonate another person or business.

We may restrict or terminate access where these rules are violated.

15. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, courier companies, social-media platforms and external websites.

These third parties operate under their own terms and policies. The Bridal Cart is not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of third-party services outside our control.

By using our website or placing an order, you consent to the handling of your information as described in that policy.

17. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Bridal Cart will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from:

  • Use of or inability to use the website;

  • Courier delays outside our reasonable control;

  • Customer misuse or improper care of a product;

  • Unauthorised account access caused by the customer’s failure to protect login information; or

  • Reliance on information from an external website or third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

19. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, public emergencies, internet outages, courier disruptions, government restrictions or security conditions.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Any dispute should first be raised with The Bridal Cart so both parties can attempt to resolve it amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions when our products, services, policies or legal requirements change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
